Hi Parents,

Our ASA Fall Meet 2 is on Saturday, August 23 at Byrn. Details will follow, but generally you should plan to arrive around 7:45 AM.

Last week we didn’t have designated volunteer roles, and several of you suggested that having more defined jobs would help the meet run more smoothly. We’ve taken that feedback and set up clear roles for this weekend so everyone knows what’s needed.

To keep things on track, we need two things from you:

1. Declare your swimmer’s availability for the meet
2. Sign up for a volunteer shift

Volunteer Jobs Needed:

• Timers: 3 for the first half • 3 for the second half
• Bullpen Parents (1 per age group): 8U Girls, 8U Boys, 10U Girls, 10U Boys, 12U Girls, 12U Boys
• Bullpen Coodinators: 2 for the first half • 2 for the second half
  (These parents will help organize our kids at the blocks so they’re lined up in the right heat and lane.)
• (13 & Up swimmers are on their own.)

The pool deck is small and multiple teams will be there, so having these roles filled is the best way to keep things organized and moving.
